5. Google API Data Use

• Basic profile: Name, email address, and profile picture (via OpenID Connect)
• Calendar data: Event titles, descriptions, dates/times, and event IDs to sync sessions
• Gmail send access: Ability to send emails you initiate from the app

We store OAuth access and refresh tokens securely to maintain your connection. Calendar event data synced into the platform is stored in your account so it can be displayed and managed. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or by disconnecting Google in the app.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Our service is intended for use by counselors and educational professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
