Terms Of Platform Use

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Pave platform is designed to support college counseling workflows, including student management, application tracking, and related advisory tools.

The platform may include developing features and tools intended to assist counselors, students, and related stakeholders.

2. Pilot Phase

The User acknowledges that the Pave platform is currently in a pilot or development phase. During this period:

• Certain features may be incomplete
• Functionality may change over time
• The platform may contain bugs or interruptions

Pave may update, modify, or remove features as the product evolves.

3. Permitted Use

Users may access and use the platform solely for legitimate college counseling and student advisory purposes. Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

4. User Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority and permissions to upload, share, or provide any student, parent, or related information through the platform.

The User represents that any data shared with Pave is provided lawfully and with appropriate consent where required.

5. Platform Availability

While Pave will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, the platform is provided on an “as-is” basis during the pilot phase.

Pave does not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or error-free operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, designs, and platform content related to the Pave platform remain the intellectual property of Pave LLC.

Use of the platform does not grant Users ownership of any platform technology.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission from Pave.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Users acknowledge that the platform is being provided during a pilot phase and agree to use it at their own discretion.

8. Modifications

Pave reserves the right to modify these Terms as the platform evolves.

Updated Terms may be communicated through the platform or via written notice.

9. Termination of Access

Pave may suspend or terminate access to the platform if a User:

• violates these Terms
• uses the platform in a harmful or unlawful manner
• attempts to compromise the platform’s security

Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Pave platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Platform Use.
